Perfectly crispy and spiced with just the right kick, it was served with golden patatas that had a light crisp and deep flavor — no basic fries here. The entire dish was elevated, satisfying, and ideal for a golden hour bite.
The service throughout the resort — from check-in to rooftop drinks — was warm and attentive, striking that perfect balance of professional and personable. Every space felt intentional, from the coastal-inspired decor to the flow between indoor and outdoor lounging areas.
