The entire dish was elevated, satisfying, and ideal for a golden hour bite.

With extended family roots in New Mexico, sopapillas have always felt like home, and it was a treat to find them here, perfectly fried and golden.

The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring downtown Denver — walkable, central, and buzzing with energy. But to be honest, I didn’t need to wander far for great food. Each morning, I found myself at Snooze Eatery, which is conveniently right on the property. As an East Coaster, I’m not lucky enough to have a Snooze nearby… so yes, I went every day. And yes, I have no regrets.
