Inspired by the golden age of train travel, the decor is bold and unforgettable. Patterns, textures, and colors mix in ways that feel rich and layered, yet completely cohesive. It’s the kind of space where every corner feels intentional — and every vignette is a photo just waiting to be taken.
After settling in, I made my way upstairs to The Cooper Lounge, a space that perfectly matches the hotel’s aesthetic — classic, moody, and elevated. I sipped a perfectly balanced martini and a rich old fashioned while watching the light shift through Union Station’s grand windows. It felt cinematic.
Downstairs at Terminal Bar, I leaned into some indulgent comfort food: crispy potatoes that hit all the right notes, and sopapillas — a nostalgic favorite for me. With extended family roots in New Mexico, sopapillas have always felt like home, and it was a treat to find them here, perfectly fried and golden.
The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring downtown Denver — walkable, central, and buzzing with energy. But to be honest, I didn’t need to wander far for great food. Each morning, I found myself at Snooze Eatery, which is conveniently right on the property. As an East Coaster, I’m not lucky enough to have a Snooze nearby… so yes, I went every day. And yes, I have no regrets.
